From 91 North or South, take Exit 47E. This is Hazard Avenue. Follow it down (about 2.5 miles) to  Shear Savage. We will be on your right hand side, located within the old Hazardville Hotel in downtown Histroric Hazardville (Enfield, CT). Our parking lot is directly behind the salon and can be accessed by turning onto South Maple St.

Amenities

We offer many amenities, which you can choose from in your appointment customization form which you will receive the day of your appointment by text message.  Each service is completed with a neck and shoulder massage if time allows. I use and retail only eco-friendly, cruelty free, and gluten free products.  As a colorist, having a color line that preforms above my expectations, as well as being so aware of the ingredients, made it a obvious which line to choose as your stylist.  

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, credit and debit.

Cancellation fees are due upon receipt of invoice.

Hours

Standard hours are:

Tuesday & Wednesday 10:30am-9pm

Friday 10am-8pm

Saturday 9am-4pm

Cancellation

Please be kind. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give more than 48 hours notice. The longer, the better. Cancelling with short notice leaves a missed opportunity for another guest and will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all services booked. Fees are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

No call/ no shows will likely not be welcomed to rebook.

Late Fee

I always get lost visiting new places! I recommended aiming to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to make sure you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule as we may not have time for your service. In this event, a no show fee of 50% will be charged.

 

For repeat offenders, a late fee of $15 will be charged and extra time will be booked. 

Refund/ Redo Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. I do not offer refunds, but will offer the opportunity to make sure you are happy with your results. If you are having any challenges with your cut or color, let me know within two days (48 hours) of your visit and we will get you back in for adjustments ASAP. At the beginning of your appointment, we will talk about your current hair and your hair goals. Some hair goals take multiple appointments, and I will not push your hair past what it can handle. Redo's are not for color corrections or unrealistic expectations for your hair and hair health. If multiple sessions are needed for a look, there very possibly will be warm tones at the stages in between.
