We welcome each of our clients in as equally important. We are all unique in our own way, and love to express that inside the salon. Shear Savage is not a "cookie cutter" salon, and neither are our clients. To us, that's what makes the world more fun; individuality and uniqueness.
In most rental salons, there is usually a sense of separation between stylists-- where we are the exact opposite. We love to work side by side with each other, help one another, and create a next level experience for our clients who also feel that sense of unity. We truly are a salon family.

Welcome to your new salon home. Thank you so much for your interest in joining me on my journey of changing the world... one head of hair at a time.
My name is Jessie Shaw. I am a full-time hairdresser who specializes in healthy hair and dimensional, beautiful hair color. I've spent most of my career learning how to best compliment your hair so you can fight with it less!! I also strive for you to go as long between color appointments as your natural hair allows. Thus, allowing you more time to manage your busy schedule with work/life/kids/pets. My top priority as a hairdresser is to make sure that you are HEARD and intently listened to during our time together. I always strive to provide you with education and solutions to solve the difficulties you may have with your hair, all the while achieving the results you are looking for in between your color appointments.
During my off time I indulge in puppy cuddles with my two coonhounds, bingeing murder shows, and spending quality time with my fiancé, friends & family. I think self-care is such an undervalued aspect of our lives which is why I always make it a point to encourage it. When I'm serving you I understand you're taking time out of your busy schedule to have a relaxing & rejuvenating experience. I plan on providing you with just that to the best of my ability!
My long-term career goal is to reach a point where I have plenty of resources to give back to the community. I would love to be in a place where I can assist other small businesses—especially local ones. I believe that with my creative mind and drive for success, I have the power to change our community and world, and I aspire to harness that power - and put it into action!
